Troyan plum brandy Single Barrel 1988
In the silence of the cellar, time has preserved a long-standing secret, which began in 1988. The distillate, created by the masters of that time, was left to age for more than three decades. Over the years, the degree of the brandy has gradually decreased, while time has shaped its character. Now the time has come to stop the aging process and share with you this exceptional elixir. This is the oldest brandy aging in our cellar - and the last one that time has allowed to reach its natural perfection.
The entire content of oak barrel No. 863 was 402 liters of plum brandy with an alcohol content of 38.4% - exactly as time has left it.
From this only remaining barrel, we created a limited edition Single Barrel 1988
