Aging takes place in barrels, which are located in an aging warehouse.
It is located half underground in order to avoid or at least reduce large temperature fluctuations during the year.
For the aging of the brandy we use only oak barrels made of Bulgarian oak. VINPROM-TROYAN has several hundred barrels with a volume of 400 to 7,000 liters.
