VINPROM – TROYAN produces kosher brandy/rakia in compliance with the strict rules of kosher production.
KOSHER fruit brandies are produced in accordance with the Jewish faith – this is a production in which no raw materials, production equipment or procedures are used that contradict the prescriptions of the Jewish faith. The rabbi annually personally controls each stage of the production process – from the selection of the best varieties of plums, pears, apricots and apples in advanced maturity, the processing of the fruit pulp, distillation to bottling. Fermentation and maturation take place in tanks sealed by the rabbi. The entire production process, if the necessary rules are followed, is confirmed by issuing a certificate (certificate of compliance with the established rules).
